	Don’t Suffer in Silence Hearts and Minds is a young people’s group which is currently helping to do some research about other children and young people living throughout Sedgefield. They are looking at how the issue of domestic violence affects children and young people. If you would like to help with this research you can tell them what you think by completing this questionnaire. They don’t need to know your name or where you live. The information you submit will help to provide better services and better support for any child or young person who is affected. Thanks for your help.
